N-O vs EV

In an All-Antelope County match, Neligh-Oakdale was able to defend their home court against Elkhorn Valley on Tuesday night.

The Lady Warriors edged out the visiting Lady Falcons in four sets, winning all but the second one: 25-13, 14-25, 25-19 and 25-22.

Trinity Kurpgeweit and Amanda Dietz led the offensive attack for N-O with 10 kills each, and EV's Kenzie Mosel recorded 8.

Both teams will be back in action on Thursday when Neligh-Oakdale heads to Burwell for a triangular and Elkhorn Valley hosts Niobrara/Verdigre.
