Elkhorn Valley vs. Wolfpack

In the All-Antelope County football matchup between Elkhorn Valley and Elgin Public-Pope John, it was the Falcons that came out on top.

With a little under 9 minutes before halftime the Wolfpack tied the game up at 6 all when Payton Hoefer on a one-yard QB sneak.

After that, the Falcons ended up going on a 50-20 run to put a damper on the Wolfpack’s hopes of getting a first week win.

Leading the Falcons on the offensive side was  quarterback, Braedyn Ollendick with 274 total yards.

On the offensive side for the Wolfpack, it was Conor Ramold with 126 total yards.

For the defense of the Falcons, it was junior Adam Miller with 22 total tackles.

The Wolfpack’s leading tacklers were junior Layne Bullock, and senior Cory Romej with eight tackles each.
